Working closely with our founders and the whole team, you’ll learn a lot very quickly and will contribute across all areas of marketing to grow our brand and achieve our mission.
About the Role:
As Junior Marketing Manager, you’ll wear multiple hats, taking on real responsibility from day one. This role is for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment, helping us scale in the German-speaking market and beyond. Working closely with our founders and team, you’ll contribute across a range of marketing functions to drive results and build brand visibility.
Responsibilities:
- Digital Advertising: Manage and optimize paid campaigns on Google, Facebook, and Instagram, focusing on ROI.
- Strategy & Execution: Collaborate on marketing strategies, plan go-to-market launches, and execute high-impact campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Organic Growth & Community Engagement: Develop organic social media initiatives, manage community engagement, and help grow brand loyalty.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Track campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and refine tactics based on insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Content & Creative Development: Create marketing assets with our designer, ensuring brand consistency and high standards across all channels.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work alongside product, customer success, and tech teams, supporting end-to-end execution on campaigns and new initiatives.
PS: to clarify, we are a very international team mainly based in Lisbon, with our internal working language being English and not German
What We’re Looking For:

Experience: 1-3 years in marketing or business development; relevant internships count.

Analytical Mindset: Skilled in campaign optimization, audience engagement, and marketing automation.

Strategic & Creative Balance: You bring fresh ideas with a keen eye for practical, effective execution.

Demonstrated Resilience: Ability to handle challenging tasks with determination and perseverance.

Communication Skills: Strong fluency in English is essential; German is a plus but not required.

Eagerness to Learn: Mindset and work ethic matter more than extensive experience. We seek a proactive learner.
